We all have busy days at work and might not have the time for a huge breakfast, we have a solution for everyone even non-vegans! try this smoothie and you’ll love it!

ingredients:

  • A handful of berries of your choice

  • One frozen banana. chopped

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

    almond-milk-vegan

  • chia seed(optional)
  • 1tbsp agave syrup(optional)

Instruction:

Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend them until you have a smooth mixture! pour some chia seed on top and there you go, you have your breakfast ready in less than 5 minutes!
