If you are a vegan and have a sweet tooth ,you definitely struggle with finding a vegan sweet. but good news we brought you a super easy and spongy vegan vanilla cake .
Here’s what you need to do:


1.1 1/2 cup all purpose flour ( whole grain flour)
2. 5 tbsp vegetable oil
3. 1 cup sugar
4. 1 tsp vinegar
5. 1tsp baking soda
6. 1tsp vanilla extract
7. 1 cup warm water
for the frost:
1. 1 stick vegan butter (1 stick = 1/2 cup )
2. ½ tsp vanilla extract
3.2 ½ – 3 cups sifted organic powdered sugar (ensure vegan-friendly as needed)
4.3-4 Tbsp full fat coconut milk or other dairy-free milk (optional // we prefer coconut)


Preheat the oven to 350f° (170c°)
Step one: Mix all the dry ingredients
Step two: make three holes in , 2 small and one big
Step three : pour vinegar in 2small holes and the oil in the big one.
Step four : pour water ( plant milk of choice) on top of all , the mix it well
Step five : place the cake in the oven on the middle row for about 30-35 minutes.
After 30 minutes check with a toothpick to see if it’s cooked or not.set aside and let it cool down then start making the frost.


frosting steps:

step one: Add softened vegan butter to a large mixing bowl and use an electric hand mixer to cream butter until light and fluffy – about 1 minute.
step two : Then add vanilla and mix once more to combine.
step three : Add sifted powdered sugar in 1/2 cup measurements and continue mixing until well combined and fluffy, scraping down sides as needed.
If too thick, add 1 Tbsp at a time of dairy-free milk until desired consistency is achieved (optional).
Use immediately or store frosting in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer up to 1 month.
Take it out and let it cool.
