The Green Table Café
We started questioning our kitchen habits back in 2019, when we realized how much waste a busy café produces every single day. Since then we've eliminated single-use plastics, built relationships with eight local farms, and installed solar panels on our roof. This page is our open diary — updated regularly so you can see exactly where we are and where we're headed.
