Today we brought you another easy vegan recipe, vegan salmon bagel:
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 1tbsp capers
- A handful amount of Chopped dill
- 4medium carrots
- 1toasted bagel
- 1tbsp cashew cheese
1)Mix all the sauce ingredients in a big plate, then place them in refrigerator
2)with a peeler, peel all carrots into very thin layers
3) boil the carrots in hot water for 5minutes. Drain them.
4)mix the carrots with your sauce and let it rest for few minutes(more the merrier)
5) apply cashew cheese on your bagel then place the carrots on it. And add other vegetables that you desire (arugula, avocado, red onion, etc….) There you go! Your vegan salmon bagel is ready.
