rice noodle(1.5 cup cooked)

Grate the carrots , chop the lettuce and separate basil leaves from its branches

Put one rice paper into warm water until it is softened. then fill it up with the ingredients you prepared before. now it’s rolling time! don’t panic it is super easy just make sure you are rolling it not too tight and not to loos!
